Colin Docwra of Guildford - can anyone date this event?

Mr Colin Docwra, of Laugharne Lodge, Warren-road, Guildford, director of many waterworks companies, and of the Hampson Court Gas Company, who died on August 14 last, seventh son of the late Thomas Docwra of Swanage, left £225,837 2s. 8d. gross, with net personalty £221, 665 0S. 2d. (Duty paid £75, 113). He left 300 guineas to Ernest D Davey, chartered accountant, £150 to Frederick Steel, late chauffeur, and £10 for year of service to servants.
