In the Name of God Amen This is my last Will and Testament Imprimis that after my Debts and ffunerall charges are paid the residue and remainder of what Goods Chattells Lands Tenements Debts Pensions Dues and Demands that shall be due to me at the time of my decease or shall become due to me I doe give unto my beloved ffriend Mr. Thomas Berkley and do make him the said Tho: Berkley sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me made With my hand and Seale this Seventeenth day of ffebruary 1730 [1731] ./. This Will was Proved at London On the Sixth Day of August in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred & Thirty nine before the Worshipfull Robert Chapman Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Worshipfull John Bettesworth Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Thomas Berkley the Executor named in the said Will To whom administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattells and Credits of the said deceased he being first Sworne well and duly to administer the same.
